Photos
Share your images and control who sees them
The Photos Page easily shares your images on your Website. Some features include:
  1. Image Upload - Add your images directly to your Photos Page.

  2. Picasa Sharing - Administer logins and access rights for your Website.

  3. Custom Webpage Integration - Simply add your Picasa/Google username to display up-to-date photos and albums.

  4. Access Control - Decide where to put your page link and set privacy using tabs.

1. Image Upload

Uploading images is very simple with DojoDock. Simply follow these steps.
  1. Log in as an administrator and click "Photos" from the menu tree.

  2. Click "Upload a file" from the Administrator Actions toolbar.

  3. Enter a label describing your photo for display.

  4. Select a file from your computer and click the "Upload" button.

Behind the scenes, your photo is being sent to a special location on the Google Picasa servers. While the video won't be publicly listed, if someone by chance knows the url for your image, it is possible for others to view it. So please keep this in mind when uploading photos. By uploading, you are automatically agreeing to follow both Google and ZenDock terms and conditions and always remember the following:

-Never upload copyrighted material
-Never upload offensive content
-Files must be less than 4 megabytes

Picasa Sharing

Integrating with your Picasa account is the easiest way to share your photos. The following steps will allow you to start displaying your photos in no time.
  1. Log in as an administrator

  2. Click "Page Settings" from the Administrator Actions toolbar.

  3. Enter your Picasa/Google username in the corresponding text box.

  4. Click "Save"

All the publicly visible photos and albums from your account will now appear. When adding or updating additional photos to your YouTube account, changes will be automatically reflected on your DojoDock page.

Custom Webpage Integration

When using the online editor to create your own custom Webpage, it is very easy to add your uploaded files to your page. Follow these steps to add them:
  1. Log in as an administrator

  2. From the menu tree, click "Add Page"

  3. Click "Custom Webpage"

  4. From the "Insert" menu, select the type of file you would like to insert.

  5. Click on the file and it will be added/embedded in your page.

Access Control

Files can be grouped into tabs on this page. Each tab can be given its own access level. If a user doesn't have access, then the tab will simply not appear. However, you must be careful since files themselves will never be totally protected. If a user somehow can guess the url of the file, then they techically can access the file on the Internet.
