Calendar
Take control of your events
Calendar The Calendar Page helps keep track of events and so much more. A few examples are:
  1. Share Events - Post Events given a specific day, time period, or date range.

  2. Online RSVP - Allow members to RSVP and make online payments for events that cost.

  3. Custom Schedule - Customize individual class instances carried over from the class page.

  4. Integration - Import your school calendar into other applications.

Watch a short video walking through the features of the Calendar Page.

1. Share Events

Using your Website's online calendar couldn't be easier. If you're logged on as an administrator, you simply need to click on a date cell and you are prompted for adding an even to your calendar. You can easily determine who can view which event and even decide where the calendar appears on your navigation tree to control access.

2. Online RSVP

Easily track who is attending and who is not attending an event. Members can login and select "attending" or "not attending" to set their status for the event. You can then easily view a list of attendees or use the e-mail tool to send a message to those attending. If you have set a price for the event, the members who RSVP as attending will automatically be charged the amount and a payment request record will be added to the Payments Page.

2. Custom Schedule

When adding a schedule to the classes page, you have the option to copy these recurring events to your Calendar. The schedule will display on the calendar until the end date is met. By clicking on a specific date of the schedule, you can easily customize that day by deleting it, changing the time, taking attendance, etc. This makes scheduling a snap by allowing your members to view the latest updates.

3. Integration

Keeping track of events outside of ZenDock is very easy as well. Your Website come with two feed urls for integrating your event records in other applictions.

RSS - Really simple syndication

Rss is a standard xml format that makes it easy to few upcoming events in any RSS reader. Your url should end in "/rss":
